|Job Description:||Clerk to serve as support for Criminal, Civil & Archive Departments. Duties to include scanning, filing & maintenance of court records, receipting of fees, retrieval & transportation of court records from Clerk's warehouse, provide customer service, copy & search requests. Position requires frequent standing & occasional use of step ladder.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Knowledge of Criminal & Civil Courts preferred. Must be detail oriented and able to type 40 wpm. Must have computer data entry experience; knowledge of modern office equipment including computer software, ability to communicate effectively both in writing & verbally in person and on the phone; read and understand manuals, instructions and legal documents, read and understand cursive writing. Maintain the ability to stand, sit, walk, kneel, rotate upper trunk right and left and bend during the shift; reach, grip and use fine dexterity; push and pull objects; occasionally lift and carry up to 30 pounds; use of vision and depth perception.
